Salesianum High School


     LAS was responsible for the Contract Plans, Specifications, Preparation of Construction Documents, Permitting, Phasing Plans, and ongoing coordination with project sponsors & construction management for this site while meeting all of the City of Wilmington & ADA requirements. The Salesianum Campus encourages students to walk and bicycle to school, as well as use and socialize in the outdoor spaces. This project received the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society - Community Greening Award in 2008.

Kirkwood Library


LAS was a consultant to the Architect Ikon.5. As the Landscape Architect on this project, LAS provided site landscaping, amenities, exterior lighting, and circulation design. This project has won numerous awards, including the Prestigious 2010 International Architecture Award.

Dover Anchor Library



LAS was the Consultant to the Architect for the preparation of Site Landscape Plan, Reading Garden Plan Construction Documents, Roof Garden Plan Construction Documents, Specifications, and Site Amenities while Assisting in LEED Certification Processes for 4.7 acre site meeting all of the City of Dover Tree Density & Landscape Requirements. Project has been submitted for a LEED Gold rating.

Delaware AeroSpace Education Foundation (DASEF)


Prepare design & contract documents for this multi-phased project. Landscape & pedestrian circulation was designed to provide an educational component that included interpretative panels about different ecosystems on site, including the design of the educational Marsh Lookout / Instructional Platform. The Wetlands Education Pier offers hands-on experience for visitors and the Entry Plaza / Sculpture Fountain is based on 4 compass points while providing seating opportunities. Landscaping for Environmental Outpost is seeking a Silver LEED rating while the Learning Center & Museum is seeking a Platinum LEED rating. Landscape Architectural Servies assisted in LEED application and in creating additional wildlife habitat & designing 65% of site (11.50 Ac) as meadow, utilizing native grasses to reduce requirements for mowing and watering.

Delaware Technology & Community College - Wilmington Campus

Landscape Architectural Services was a Sub-consultant to the Architect, Anderson Brown Higley Associates. Services included Preparing Preliminary & Construction Documents for Irrigation, Landscaping, Sodding, and Site Furnishings for Courtyard & Project Site. This Project won the Delaware Society of Architects, Excellence in Architecture Award for 1999.
